⚙️ How to Enter DFU Mode on iPhone
⚠️ Timing is very important. Follow each step carefully.
📱 iPhone 8 and Later (iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17)
Connect your iPhone to your computer
Quickly press and release the Volume Up button
Quickly press and release the Volume Down button
Press and hold the Power button until the screen turns black
Once the screen is black, hold Power + Volume Down for 5 seconds
Release the Power button but keep holding Volume Down for about 10 seconds
If the screen stays black and your computer detects the device → DFU mode is active
📱 iPhone 7 / 7 Plus
Connect your iPhone to your computer
Hold Power + Volume Down together for 8 seconds
Release the Power button but keep holding Volume Down
Wait until your device is detected

Connect your iPhone

The screen is completely black
No Apple logo appears
