tvOS 12.2 (build 16L5191d) is an official Apple over-the-air update for the Apple TV 4K, released on 2019-02-04T18:16:34Z. The update package is 87.07 MB. This is a delta (partial) update that requires 12.2 to already be installed on the device - it cannot be applied from scratch. This update is no longer signed by Apple, meaning it can no longer be downloaded and applied on-device through Settings.
