tvOS 13.2 (build 17K82) is an official Apple over-the-air update for the Apple TV 4 (2015), released on 2019-10-28T17:13:37Z. The update package is 1.41 GB. This is a delta (partial) update that requires 9.0 to already be installed on the device - it cannot be applied from scratch. This update is no longer signed by Apple, meaning it can no longer be downloaded and applied on-device through Settings.
